| The centre and crown jewel of the galaxy, the core worlds play host to a collective of some of the wealthiest and most influential planets across the stars. The Core Worlds also act as the centre for all trade, communications, economic and political goings-on with Coruscant beating at its heart.
| 0 | 0 | | | The Colonies, also known as the Colonies Regions, was the name given to a region of the galaxy between the Core Worlds and the Inner Rim. Due to its close proximity to the galaxy’s economic and political powerhouse, the Core Worlds, the Colonies was a largely wealthy region consisting of booming industrial worlds, trade centers, and garden worlds.
| 0 | 0 | | | The ‘gap’ between the colonies and the mid-rim, the inner rim is home to the descendants of some of the first Republic settlers during its age of exploration. This arm of the galaxy is comprised of worlds that draw from both the cultures of the core and more outlying worlds, despite many of its inhabitants holding a disdain for those inhabiting the latter.

The result would conceive a sector of space teeming with economically booming planets albeit with despoiled environments and oppressed cultures as a consequence of its significant corporate presence.

As the mid-rim features fewer resources than its counterparts, it is therefore home to a smaller population and subject to visits as well as raids from pirate bands looking to hide in amidst its vast expanse of unexplored routes that shy away from major trade routes.
| 0 | 0 | | | Previously an unexplored region of space before the formation of the Republic, the Outer Rim Territories are home to a nexus of civilisations and cultures altogether distinct from the those inhabiting the coreward territories. Planets within this region are both advanced and primitive, despite many being rugged and frontier-like with a strong criminal and pirate presence given its ideal location away from the core. The Outer-Rim is as diverse as it is mysterious and many who visit it describe the Outer Rim as being as dangerous as it is enticing and filled with rich history.

There exist mapped hyperlanes and thriving communities, but spacers and travellers alike are cautioned to be diligent in knowing their way across this sequestered corner of the galaxy.
| 0 | 0 | | | As enigmatic as obscure, the Unknown Regions constitutes the unexplored and uncharted circle of space around the galactic disk. It is the subject of legend as much as it is of horror, as tales of arcane worlds, cryptic species and space horrors fill the halls of cantinas as much as the nightmares of spacers that have dared venture into its fold. A handful of civilisations call the Unknown Regions home, notably the Chiss and the Ssi-Ruuvi – although the lay of their worlds remains as enigmatic as the region itself. The Rakata and the Sith have also been known to inhabit this region of space at points throughout galactic history.
